Effects of El Niño and La Niña on Phytoplankton and Fish

January 2013 Climate Digest

U.S. Seasonal Outlook (February – April 2013)

NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center expects a large area extending Mississippi up through Nevada, as well as the Northeast, to be warmer than normal.
